Texas-Style BBQ Hot Wings are crispy, tender, spicy-hot, sticky-sweet, and smothered in Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce. Delish!
Baked BBQ Chicken Hot Wings
Baked BBQ Chicken Hot Wings are the ultimate recipe for any game day, graduation party, or just a celebratory party for a family member. They are guaranteed to steal the show.
I prefer baking my chicken wings in the oven until golden brown and crispy rather than frying them.
Especially while the Super Bowl Game is on, so I am free to get the rest of the appetizers ready.
After they have baked, I toss them with a mixture of hot sauce and barbecue sauce.
Not only do they call for a few ingredients, but they are also fast and easy to make.
They are the perfect bite. In the beginning, you taste the tangy, sweet, and end up with that wonderful, hot, spicy flavor in the back of your mouth.

One question. Do you salt and pepper the wings and then wash, which would take the seasoning off? Or should the directions say Lay out to Thaw, then rinse and then sprinkle salt and pepper prior to baking?
ReplyDeleteThe direction are right. This is the brining process.
