Thick and rich with just the right amount of sweetness, these baked beans are a perfect side dish for whatever you cook up for your next gathering. Southern Baked Beans Mother's easy to make baked beans are just that,  EASY.  This classic dish has canned pork and beans, onions, bell pepper, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire, and the star, Bacon.   I could not post my mother's Potato Salad recipe without posting her Southern Baked Beans recipe, also. like the potato salad recipe, I have had this one in my head for years too.

Crusty Breaded Pork Chops with Caramelized Purple Onions

Crusty Breaded Pork Chops have a wonderful home-cooked flavor like the ones my Mom used to make. The breading makes them crispy outside and tender and juicy inside. My husband has been so hungry for Crusty Breaded Pork Chops  that I took a recipe that I generally make liver and onions by and used it this time for the pork chops.
