Pink Breeze Punch is a fabulously simple and delicious punch that I recently served at a reception that my sister was giving to honor volunteers in our community.
This punch is quick and refreshing. It has only three ingredients: one can of Welch's Strawberry Breeze, one can of frozen pink lemonade, and two 1-liter bottles of ginger ale.
When I serve it in a punch bowl, I often make an ice ring of ginger ale with a few berries to float on top rather than use ice cubes.
Pink Breeze Punch
1 (11.5 oz.) can frozen Welch's Strawberry Breeze (if they do not offer this product anymore - I substituted Welch's Berry Sunsplash Cocktail Concentrate or 100% FRUIT FANTASTIC JUICE CONCENTRATE)
1 (12 oz) can frozen pink lemonade
2 (2 liters) bottle ginger ale
Blend the strawberry breeze and lemonade until well mixed in a large beverage pitcher with a whisk. Add the ginger ale. Serve over ice.
