Cookies and Cream Fudge

Cookies and Cream Fudge, all the flavors of the beloved Cookies and Cream ice cream made into a decadent fudge.


This fudge starts with a creamy white chocolate fudge based using marshmallow cream.  Then add the star ingredient crushed Oreos.  So fun and easy to make you will wow your family and friends to no end.  


Cookies and Cream Fudge is a huge hit in our Christmas gift boxes.  Adults and children alike enjoy this decadent fudge.   I hope you get to make some for the holidays.  Enjoy!


Cookies and Cream Fudge
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 2 (12 oz.) pkg. white chocolate morsels
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup coarsely crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup Oreos quartered

Line 9" square pan with foil overlapping edges; set aside.

In a medium-large bowl, place morsels and marshmallow cream; set aside.

Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a medium saucepan.  Cook over medium to high heat, constantly stirring until mixture comes to a boil.  Cook 3 minutes, Stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and immediately pour over the white chocolate morsels and marshmallow cream.  Stir until morsels melt completely, and the mixture is creamy smooth.  Quickly fold crushed Oreos into mixture being sure not to over mix.

Pour fudge into prepared pan.  Sprinkle Oreos that have been quartered evenly over the top of the fudge gently pressing them into the fudge.

Cover and chill until firm (about 1-2 hours).  

Using the overlapped foil on the sides, lift out of the pan.  Cut into 1-inch squares.  Remove from foil and store in an airtight container.
