My husband loves eggs and biscuits or toast for breakfast.  He always request fried eggs, but my favorite are scrambled. I love to change it up a little with scrambled eggs by adding ingredients I have leftover from previous dishes I have made.

During our cool spell here in Texas a couple of weeks ago, I had a hankering for some Chicken and Dressing after seeing a Facebook friend post that she was making some for her family.

Early in the 1900's there were iceboxes in most house, and the pies were made with a baked pastry crust and a whipped filling without any worry of the pie oozing all over the plate.
