Stuffed jalapeno peppers are one of those foods I have been intimidated to cook.  I have eaten many and love them, but I thought they were too much trouble to make for some idea.

I am mainly talking about making them for our Superbowl parties or family gatherings.

When I finally decided to make some Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers, I recruited the help of my son-in-law, Ben.  He has a keen eye for what direction I want with the flavor profile, prepping the food, taking the photos, down to serving them.

I decided to make the stuffed whole ones.  The recipe I like most is the one that has the bacon cooked, crumbled, and stuffed inside with the cheese.  And I absolutely love the addition of garlic powder to enhance the full flavor profile, just delicious.

You have to remember the bacon is salty enough, so leave out adding any salt.
