Jalapeno Poppers
These Jalapeno Poppers are straightforward with just a few ingredients featuring whole jalapenos, cream cheese, white cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and of course, bacon.
Stuffed jalapeno peppers are one of those foods I have been intimidated to cook. I have eaten many and love them, but I thought they were too much trouble to make for some idea.
When I finally decided to make some Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers, I recruited the help of my son-in-law, Ben. He has a keen eye for what direction I want with the flavor profile, prepping the food, taking the photos, and down to serving them.
I decided to make the stuffed whole ones. The recipe I like most is the one that features bacon cooked, crumbled, and stuffed with cheese. I absolutely love the addition of garlic powder to enhance the full flavor profile; it's just delicious.
You have to remember that the bacon is already salty enough, so leave out adding any extra salt.
