The little dessert bar called by many names from 7 Layer Bars, Hello Dolly Cookies Bars and the most popular, Magic Cookie Bars have made another appearance in our house.

Pumpkin Magic Bars certainly live up to all the delicious goodness they are known for.

Pumpkin Magic Bars

These sweet little pumpkin bars are easy and quick to make in no time.

They are gooey chewy bars loaded with cinnamon chips, dark chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut on a layer of pumpkin cookie mix covered in the magical ingredient, sweetened condensed milk.

Who can resist licking the can clean when finished pouring it?  Grab a glass of milk and enjoy!

Pumpkin Magic Bars

Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch Betty Crocker Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup Hershey Cinnamon Chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.   Place butter in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.  Place pan in the oven to melt the butter, watching closely not to burn it.  

Remove from the oven and add the cookie mix and graham cracker crumbs.  Mix with a fork until crumbly and completely incorporated with the butter.  After well incorporated, pat in the bottom of the pan to the edge of the pan.  

Sprinkle coconut evenly over the crumb mixture all the way to the edge. Sprinkle the chips evenly over the coconut layer all the way to the edge. Sprinkle pecans evenly over the chips layer all the way to the edge.  

Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the the layers.  Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown.

Cool on a wire rack until completely cool before cutting into bars.
