If you need a new appetizer to wow your guest, look no more. Whipped feta cheese in Greek yogurt or even cream cheese will change your world.
I know it has for me. I find people either love it or hate it. Me, well I can't get enough of it. Savory or sweet, it doesn't matter, I love it.
To get started, toast your bread on both sides. For this recipe, I use 45 calorie bread, but any bread will do.
Whipped feta is super easy to mix up. Just remember the ratio is two to one. Two parts feta and one part Greek yogurt or cream cheese. Add a drizzle of blueberry syrup to the mixture. I like to use Walden Farms Blueberry Calorie Free Syrup. It is amazing.
You don't need a lot of blueberry syrup. The added blueberries will add a touch of sweetness. For an added touch I love to add a few pinches of sliced almond across the top.
